While I have over 20 years of experience in Industry and in a range of sectors (Insurance, Construction, Fashion, Retail, Health and Wellness etc), there is one constant that I do have. And that is that every single one of my clients has said that I am easy to talk to.
Now, that may not sound like such a big deal, but it should be. Too many clients are afraid of speaking up to their accountant. They are afraid of asking questions, and they shouldn’t be. When it comes to your finances, you shouldn’t be made to ‘feel stupid’ for not knowing things that you don’t really need to know in the first place (that’s our job!).
So that’s what we give our clients. We are easy to talk to and speak to you in your language. We value understanding our clients and we teach you what to do rather than just picking up the pieces at the end of the year. We are bold and courageous and we empower our clients. We always talk to you open and honestly and we aim to make your life easier.
